1. Eligibility

- By purchasing, you confirm that you are legally permitted to enter into a binding contract under Washington State law.
2. Orders & Payments
- All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars (USD).
- Washington State sales tax will be applied at checkout for buyers located in Washington, in accordance with state tax regulations.
- We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including but not limited to suspected fraud, product availability, or errors in product or pricing.
- Payment must be completed at the time of purchase through our approved payment processors.
- You agree to provide accurate billing and shipping information.
3. Shipping & Delivery
- We ship domestically within the United States and internationally unless otherwise specified.
- Orders are processed within (3-5). Delivery times may vary depending on location and are outside our control once shipped.
- International buyers are responsible for customs duties, taxes, and import fees.
- International customers are responsible for ensuring purchased items comply with their local import laws and regulations. We are not responsible for items seized or delayed by customs.
4. Returns & Exchanges
- Due to the archival, vintage, and secondhand nature of our products, all sales are final unless an item is significantly not as described.
- We do not accept returns for issues related to size, fit, or general wear consistent with pre-owned items.
- If an item arrives damaged (beyond disclosed condition), please contact us within [X days] of delivery for resolution.
5. Product Condition Disclaimer
- Our items are curated, archival, and secondhand unless otherwise stated.
- Condition will be described to the best of our ability, but small imperfections, signs of wear, or age-related changes may be present.
- By purchasing, you acknowledge that you are buying items in “as is” condition.
6. Intellectual Property
- All website content (including product photography, descriptions, branding, and logos) is owned by or licensed to New Americana LLC.
- You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without written permission.
7. User Conduct

We are not liable for delays or failure to perform due to causes beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, labor disputes, government actions, supply chain disruptions, or shipping carrier delays.
12. Dispute Resolution & Arbitration
- These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, U.S.A., without regard to conflict of law principles.
- Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in King County, Washington, unless arbitration is required.
- Any dispute arising under these Terms may, at our discretion, be resolved by binding arbitration in King County, Washington, under the rules of the American Arbitration Association. Judgment may be entered in any court of competent jurisdiction.
- You agree to waive any right to participate in class actions against us.
13. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
